Freindly helpfull and welcoming, from start to finnish, the guiness down the road is pretty good to.
Friendly welcome, just off the main road, clean rooms - fit for purpose. Plentiful parking. Book with confidence.
It was a good deal for a family of 2 + 4 children using to bedrooms. Staff and owner were really nice and eager to help.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Room walls paper thin hear adjacent guests coughing and showering. Poor low flow electric showers. Heating in bathroom broken cold and damp!
I liked the location so near Waterford city yet in the countryside. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was very good I went for the healthy option which I was pleased that it was on the menu.I liked that there was places to sit and read by the window and look out at the garden.
I didn't have any complaints.
Quiet location, good breakfast menu, off-street parking. Friendly staff.
Value for money guest house ideal for short term stay in the Waterford area
nothing negative about my stay
Very quiet area, great breakfast, perfektly situated. Comfortable beds, renovated rooms.
The walls and doors were a bit thin, we were able to hear the television from the room next door, and those guest left the televison on until 3 o´clock in the night :-(.
Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Countryside location, relaxing atmosphere. All in all, good value for money.
Quite dated furnishings, would not stay for more than one night, but for an overnight sleep and breakfast this place can be recommended.
Clean and tidy with friendly staff and good breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay here. So comfortable and the atmosPhere was So friendly!
Convenient to Rosslare, enabling us to stay there overnight after arriving at Rosslare at about 18.15 (Rosslare is 60-70min drive away). Also location quite quiet. Staff welcoming and provided a good breakfast. Can drive to Waterford - 5-10min away - to get dinner in a range of restaurants. Nice curry house on the main street by the river.
Location was perfect. Service was excellent and so helpful with accommodations in other towns and itinerary suggestions.
No shampoo in bathroom.
The food / breakfast was fantastic and very friendly staff
